Résumé

Objectifs : Identifier et évaluer la méthodologie qui a favorisé l’implantation d’une unité transversale d’éducation du patient (UTEP) au sein du CHU de Limoges, l’ingénierie de projet développée et ses résultats. Description : La méthode de projet utilisée s’est déroulée par étapes successives dont la première fut un état des lieux partagé entre l’UTEP et les acteurs des programmes d’ETP pour déterminer une «stratégie de développement de l’ETP dans l’établissement». Un plan d’action a été proposé par l’UTEP permettant un séquencement des actions et la mise en cohérence des «choix méthodologiques et pragmatiques» de conduite des actions, ce plan d’action s’étant inscrit dans la démarche qualité générale du CHU. Ce plan d’action est opérationnel avec des axes déjà actifs et d’autres en cours de réalisation. Conclusion : L’évaluation du chemin parcouru depuis 1 an et demi a mis en valeur l’importance de la communication interne et le partage d’une lecture commune du plan d’action permettant sa déclinaison opérationnelle, ainsi que le développement de nouveaux projets au service des soignants.

Abstract

Objectives: To identify and evaluate the methodology that favored the establishment of a cross unit patient education (UTEP) in the Limoges University Hospital, developed the project engineering and results. Description: The proposed method took place in stages, the first was an inventory shared between UTEP and actors of programs to determine a “development strategy in building”. An action plan has been proposed by the UTEP allowing sequencing of actions and the coherence of “methodological choices and pragmatic” line of action, the action plan is being registered in the general quality approach of CHU. This action plan is already operational with axes and other assets in progress. Conclusion: The evaluation of progress made since 1 year and a half has highlighted the importance of internal communication and the sharing of a common reading of the action plan for its operational implementation, as well as the development of new projects Service caregivers.
