Plurypathology: what therapeutic education for the patient?

In a context where the autonomy of patients face their disease and the health care system is conceived as a growing necessity, poly-chronic disease is a challenge. However, there is currently no model for teaching operative patient education for people with multiple chronic pathologies, such education can not result from the sum of "monopathologie" existing programs. The nineteenth day of IPCEM will report on possible ways to design future therapeutic education programs multidisease patients.
